Personal information is information relating to an individual whose identity is apparent, or can reasonably be ascertained from the information provided. Personal information collected on this site will not be used for any other purpose other than for that it was intentionally submitted.

Refunds and transfers

• Refunds are not available for workshop bookings. You may transfer your ticket to another guest or date but will need to contact us via email to arrange this and transfers will only be accepted up to 24 hrs before the workshop starting time.

Class Cancellations

• Arthouse Industries may choose to cancel a class at any time and will provide you will a full refund or change of date in this circumstance.
