Classes

Q Where can I find out information about your creative classes?

A You can find out all about these including descriptions, materials, outcomes and cost on our Creative Classes page. We update this with any new classes we have coming up.

Q Do you run classes for kids?

A No, we don’t. Our classes are for students 15 years and up.

Q Why don’t you run classes for kids?

A We like to create a relaxing and inviting space for adults to catch up with friends, meet new people and have some “me” time and we believe this is more achievable in adult company.

Q What happens if I can’t make it to my class?

A You are welcome to transfer your ticket to another date or participant. Just let us know and we will sort it out for you.

Q I have a gift voucher and want to use it for a class but it won’t work on the website?

A Please contact us on ( 02) 65 84 5443 and we will book you in manually using your gift voucher.

Earring Subscription

Q How do i cancel my subscription?

A It’s an easy processes. Simply log into your account on the website, click on your subscriptions and cancel there. Due to privacy issues we are unable to do this for you.

Q When do my earrings get sent each month?

A Your earrings will be sent on the date you subscribed each month.

Q How can I change my address for my subscription or my bank card?

A We know it’s a pain but you will need to unsubscribe and re subscribe using your new details.

Shipping

Q When will my products be shipped?

A You will be emailed a fulfilment email once we have your purchase ready to send and we try to get your goodies out to you within 2 days.

Q How will my products be sent?

A We use Australia post for our parcels.

Q What happens if I don’t receive my things?

A Please let us know and we will sort it out.
