Mini Printmaking with Tetra Paks

In this fun workshop we explore printmaking using recycled Tetra Paks and a pasta maker!

This workshop teaches you all you will need to know to start turning your recycling into beautiful images for artwork, cards, gift tags and more and the best part is you don’t need a fancy printing press or materials.

Over a 2 hour period you will make multiple prints and learn the basics of printing using recycled Tetra Paks in a small group workshop. Intaglio printing is when image is created by incising lines or areas into a metal plate and in this workshop we use long life milk containers as a metal plate.

  • Materials and uses

  • How to transfer your ideas onto a print plate

  • Composition

  • Transferring prints onto paper

This class is a really fun exploration of creativity that will have you looking at your recycling in a whole new way.

This class includes all materials and tuition.

Class duration is up to 2 hours

Please note this is an adult workshop for students 15 years and over.

Class Cost- $95

Minimum Class Number- 4 people

Maximum class number- 8 onsite, 16 off site
